That situation was.. strange.

Few guys checked a guy lying on a sidewalk, begging them for help. More and more people showed up and not one of them called for ambulance or police to get some help...

I'm no doc, but remember - if you're not sure if somebody is ok or not... call for help. You just might to save someone's life.
