To: Lance Corporal Kimino Takushima.
Taking past events into consideration, multiple battle injuries, such as losing an eye, and repeatable motorcycle accidents, N7 Command decided to discharge you form duty.
Effective today Lance Corporal Kimino Takushima is no longer a member of Strike & Rescue Team, and will be relieved from duty. You may keep the uniform and rank/team patches. All other equipment needs to be returned ASAP.
