12.1 Frozen

Ok, this one is important, as it's getting seriously cold outside. 

If you somebody sitting on the sidewalk, or bench, unable to stand on his own - check him/her. He might smell with booze, or be totally drunk - either way don't leave. 

Call the police or ambulance to take care of him, as if you just leave him/her be - he or she will probably freeze to death during night time. 

And I don't think any of you would like that.
