4.0 The fall.

Living in the same building for over 10 years now. It happened twice. 

First time some bricks got lose and fall on somebody's car. Nobody was hurt. 

Second time some wire reinforced widow fell off and almost landed on somebody's head. No one got hurt, but some pieces of glass had some blood on them...
